Wake up to a productive real estate business

Imagine waking up to a productive real estate business.

How would it change your life?

The first step in getting productive is changing our habits.

I forgot how hard it was to really change a habit – but this week working with Brendon Burchard, he challenged our group to stop a few things.

because habits shape our world.

It’s those habits and routines that are going to get you waking up to a productive real estate business.

I promise.

Bad habits...we get bad stuff – we FEEL bad, both emotionally and physically.

Good habits is the exact opposite.  Obviously.

So the questions is, why wouldn’t we want to just HAVE good habits?

Because it’s DAMN hard isn’t it?

Plus, here’s a secret:

“we don’t just HAVE good habits – we GENERATE good habits.” 

( stole that one from Brendon as well )

That means more willpower, hard work, commitment and so on.

You might wonder why I’m prepared to take on a few more headaches as my acidic / alkaline level in my body changes.

For one, it’s for me.

Two, it’s for my coaching clients and mastermind students.

Yea – that’s right…the teacher’s gotta walk the talk right?  We should be “in the trenches” with you.

That’s why I LOVE what I do.  Because I’m no angel.  I’ve got a LOT more to do.

So I can totally identify what it’s like to “change.”

And when I ask my coaching clients / students to do it – I’ll support and push them hard through the rough spots.

I am TOTALLY passionate about it.  If they don’t like it – too bad.  I’m there to help them do things that they’re NOT doing now.

Which will move the dial for them.  Just like Brendon is doing with me now. Just like my coaches have done before.

Fact is, we ALL want better productivity & performance in our real estate business.

We want MORE energy throughout our day.

A better real estate business is all about routine and habits.  

So we have to eliminate the bad ones and insert new good ones.

It’s simple to use.

You can do the same thing I’m doing with everyone at this weekend’s mastermind to get a better focus in your day

1) dissect your day – analyze where your time is going –
2) add the habits /routines you want to change on the list and track them.

Like I said, a lot of times it means you need to eliminate something you’re doing.

If you don’t know what those things are, find a mastermind group, hire yourself a coach (know anyone?  heheheh  – shameless plug )  & stop messin’ around.

I know these things look simple, but believe me – I’ve coached hundreds of people – and they STILL have trouble keeping accountable using willpower alone.
