Are you using these real estate investment marketing ideas?

It’s just three days into the week &  I’ve had multiple conversations about real estate investment marketing ideas.

And I LOVE IT!!

Why is marketing important to real estate investors?

Read on.

Most of the time, ‘marketing’ is a scary word to real estate entrepreneurs.  Get over it. You MUST understand marketing or you’re dead in the  water.

That’s a pretty bold statement, isn’t it?

But here’s why:

You have to ‘market’ to your tenants. You must  ‘market’ to potential JVs.

Here’s another tip:  Marketing has changed.

I know so because I’ve been marketing since 1982 when I first picked up the book “Positioning – The Battle For Your Mind” by Al Ries & Jack Trout.

Go buy it.  It’s still a “Bible” to the marketing industry and you should have it in your library.  You’ll thank me later for it.

There is an eBook waiting to be written about how marketing has changed, but for the most part, it’s changed because of the amount of information we have access to every day of our lives.

Your tenants & potential JVs are bombed with information all day long.  They can’t silence the noise.

YOU need to be able to cut through the clutter.

You do that by “knowing your customer”.

That’s NOT changed.  But I’m still surprised in this day and age  to watch entrepreneurs try and grab EVERYONE’S attention.

Unless you have a bank account like Coca-Cola, good luck.

Anyway, I just thought I’d let you in on this because it seems to be coming up every day in my conversations.
