“So how can I make as much money as possible, as FAST as possible in my real estate investing?”
Believe it or not, this is a question a LOT of newbie investors wonder.
I have a few ideas why that is:
First, they may have reached the breaking point in their lives. They might hate their job and want to finally get out to do something they love.
Maybe they just want to pay off some debt that’s been hanging around for years and they’re sick of seeing it.
Then there’s the camp of people who go to seminars and workshops and listen to “goo-roos” tell them how “rich” they can be in “just a few years time”.
Lotsa catches to that one right?
Listen, you and I know that hard work and dedication is what puts you on the path to riches (wealth). There is MUCH more to that formula, but I won’t get into it here. ( read: commitment and focus )
The point is…if you’re getting into real estate to make a quick buck, there’s a big chance you’ll lose that buck faster than you’ll make it.
Long-term real estate has been the catalyst to so many multimillionaires that I’m still surprised people don’t follow more of those leaders.
The business of real estate is like any other business.Â
There is marketing, customer relations, finance (of course) and so on.
Don’t make the mistake of investing in real estate as a last minute ‘escape goat’ because you’ll get burned.
There are a LOT of great teachers, mentors, coaches, trainers as well as programs and workshops that will truly help you get to where you want to be.
AS LONG AS YOU KNOW WHERE THAT IS.
Take it seriously. Think of is as a career. It’s a building block to your wealth.
Most importantly, understand how time is your best friend – learn how to maximize it and stop wasting it.
The LAST thing about time is don’t sacrifice it. You have all the time in the world if you strategically set up your business and your life.
