And I’m NOT out of the woods yet!  I’ve found some JVs, but I don’t have 50 or 100 like other people…nor do I want that many.

I’m STILL challenged to find JVs because let’s be realit’s DAMN hard to get someone to give you 50 thousand dollars on a handshake –  but I’ve got more traction behind me with results that work!

I’ve come a long way from starting out years ago following other people’s methods and systems because I’ve learned what works for me.

They DON’T need help being convinced how great your real estate is!  The real estate, your track record, competence, brochure, teams and everything that makes your real estate run smoothly is a BY-product of your SOLUTION to their REAL problems.

Make sure you read that again!

Their PAIN, frustrations, anxieties, wants, desires are the REAL issues.  They DON’T want a better ROI…maybe they just want to STOP losing money!

Get it?  It’s a completely different message when you start talking about their REAL issues!

So crafting your ‘message’ is the MOST important thing.

You don’t need a fancy powerpoint presentation or have a perfect memorized elevator pitch …because when you KNOW exactly what they’re feeling on the emotional level, you won’t have to be a sales person – therefore you won’t have to deal with rejection any more or feel awkward asking for money!!

You just speak naturally … and people start to listen!
